In this paragraph I will be talking about the group of "Lettuce". Most people think lettuces of the ones that we generally find in our salads. But there are many other types of plants that belong in this family. I am going to name a few plants that you might know as a lettuce and ones you might not be sure about. Red tip,Leaf Lettuce, Romaine, Curly Endive, Arugula, Radicchio, Spinach and Swiss Chard. These are all either red or green, but Swiss Chard is piratically different. Its leafs are green and its stems can be many bright colors.

Papaya

The papaya is a tropical fruit tree. It produces big orange fruit with many little black seeds inside the red to orange pulp or meat (these are the ones that are more likely for you to find in stores).  For some people the flavor is something you will have to get accustom to. But if you squeeze a little bit of lime on the fruit it tastes good.  The sweetest papayas is when the fruit is soft and dark orange.
